Profile of Sutan Riska Tuanku Kerajaan
Sutan Riska Tuanku Kerajaan was born on June 16, 1990 in Padang Panjang, West Sumatra. He is a descendant of a royal family from Dharmasraya. He completed his elementary education in Padang Panjang, his junior high school in Jakarta, and his senior high school in Singapore. He then pursued his bachelor's degree in business administration at Monash University in Australia. He is married to Rizki Amalia Putri Hasibuan and has two children.
Sutan Riska started his political career at a young age. He was elected as Bupati of Dharmasraya in 2016 when he was only 26 years old, making him one of the youngest regents in Indonesia. He was re-elected for a second term in 2020 with a landslide victory. As Bupati, he has initiated and implemented various development programs in Dharmasraya, such as improving infrastructure, health care, education, agriculture, tourism, culture, and social welfare. The AOE 2021 exhibition

The Waste Management Project in Kerala, India
The last plan that Sutan Riska has for Apkasi is to participate in a waste management project in Kerala, India. The project is funded by the World Bank and aims to strengthen the solid waste management systems and services in Kerala, a state that faces challenges such as inadequate collection and transportation, poor disposal practices, environmental pollution, and health risks. The project will support the development of an integrated solid waste management system that includes a balanced mix of decentralized and centralized interventions, such as expanding waste collection services, developing waste recycling and management facilities, remediating and closing existing dumpsites, developing scientific landfills, and sanitizing government offices, hospitals, community level waste recycling and processing facilities. The project will also pay special attention to the financial, operational, and environmental sustainability of the solid waste management systems.
